This watch was recently factory serviced by AP. This is a stainless-steel Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph 25770ST. It includes a leather strap with a stainless-steel deployant buckle and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a protected octagonal screw down blue rubber-clad signed winding crown, round blue rubber-clad chronograph push buttons, and a soli d octagonal case back secured with 8 screws and it’s engraved with “AP – ROYAL OAK OFFSHORE – AUTOMATIC, ” and a serial number. There is a rubber gasket between the bezel and the case and the 44.5mm diameter barrel-shaped three-body case, scalloped screwed lugs, and octagonal stepped bezel with 8 white gold hexagonal face screws, are brushed. The dial is yellow with a waffle grande tapisserie texture, ovoid luminous applied steel hour markers surrounded by a black outer minute/second scale, rounded luminous steel baton hour and minute hands, and there is a luminous white center sweep second hand with a wedge-shaped counterbalance. There is an angled yellow perimeter rehaut black tachymeter scale to 500 UPH, and a circular date aperture window is at the 3 o’clock position. It has three recessed steel-ringed subsidiary dials with white Arabic numerals, markers, and indicator hands, including a 30-minute chronograph totalizer at 9 o’clock, a 12-hour chro nograph counter at 6 o’clock, and there is a running constant small seconds register at 12 o’clock. It has a 48-hour power reserve at full winding, it’s water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet, and the 14.2mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. It’s rhodium-plated, with Cotes de Geneve embellishment, and it’s constructed with a shock absorber mechanism, 54 jewels, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that’s adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, a self-compensating flat balance spring, a 21K gold rotor, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz).
