rcep เปิดเผยว่า RCEP ได้มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2565 โดยในปี 2565 มีผลบังคับใช้กับสมาชิกทั้งหมด 13 ประเทศ ได้แก่ บรูไน กัมพูชา สปป ลาว สิงคโปร์ ไทย เวียดนาม ออสเตรเลีย จีน ญี่ปุ่น นิวซีแลนด์
